Day two of our birthday weekend, and the one with a hard limit.

Our Oyster Bar opens at 3.30pm. The oysters come straight from the oyster farms, arrive still closed, and are shucked to order, just for you. Dress them how you like - freshly grated wasabi, house-made vinaigrette, lemon, Tabasco, bacon crumbs or house-made sambal chilli.

Oakridge Ovata Sparkling NV at $15 a glass, and live music on the balcony from 3.00pm.

Numbers are limited and they are already selling. Pre-book your half dozen or dozen. The oyster bar wraps at 5.30pm, but we’re open until 9pm.
